We offer secure remote online notarization (RON) via live video session. This service is available nationwide for eligible documents. You must have a valid government-issued ID and access to a smartphone or computer with camera and internet. Examples of documents that can be notarized online: Personal/Legal: Affidavits, Power of Attorney (POA), Sworn statements, Authorization Letters, Travel consent forms, Basic personal documents that need notarization Business/Financial: Contracts, Agreements, Vendor forms, NDAs PLEASE READ: *Vital Records such as Birth certificates, Marriage Certificate & Death Certificates will not be accepted and notarized online* *You must show valid ID, use camera/mic and pass identity verification before we can proceed with notarization*
